Mike Jolly and Mark Testa have over 80 years’ combined experience in Real Estate sales, construction, and development. We both hold integrity and our word at a high standard. We come from a generation of hard workers with a good attitude and firm protocols. We are conscious of morals and respect for people’s feelings. We want long-term partners to develop great relationships with, not for one project, but for, numerous opportunities in the future.
At Alchemy Partners we have come together and assembled a small team that can accomplish large projects with an emphasis on style and profitability. We have a deep contact list and have developed relationships, with general contractors, subcontractors, and venders that we have worked with on every faucet of development. This cannot be overstated.
